The Mayfair Appt/hotel is situated in the south west of Cyprus in Paphos. It is 200m from the local shops which include an internet café, chemist, clothes shops, cafes and pubs. It is 1km from the main Paphos centre and harbour. The Mayfair is a 3 star grade hotel that is being improved every year, to become a 4 star.

This year (2006) it has refurbished 7 of its apartments, retiled 1 of the main pools and put in a new pool filter. A £60,000 refurbishment was paid for a brand new Health Club which includes a gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, massage, physiotherapy and steam room. A new car park was also made this year. It combines fine facilities with a friendly atmosphere. The restaurant has exquisite food with an excellent head chef and team. They provide a different choice of menu each night, so a huge array of food is provided. The food is served in buffet style. The dining room also has a no smoking area.

There are 2 outdoor pools, a children's pool and an Indoor pool (which is closed between May 10th-October 15th.) within the complex. The grounds around the hotel have mature and established gardens which are up kept. The hotel has a sun terrace. They do have a poolside bar (which is only open in the high season however.)The sun beds and umbrellas and provided free of charge.

The restaurant serves the breakfast and dinner in a buffet style. Lunch snacks are available as takeaway around the pool, or sat down at the poolside bar. The lounge has a huge screen satellite television with a bar at one end. The in house entertainment team runs a kids club (5 to 12 yrs) and evening entertainment for all the family. This is all free of charge.

There are also Short mat bowls, Aerobics, Volleyball, and Minigolf, Pool table, Table tennis and massage. Cots and highchairs are available which are also free. There are 5 lifts and everywhere there are steps, a ramp is beside them.
