Our Studio Apartment

Paphos is the ancient capital of Cyprus , set against the stunning backdrop of the Troodos Mountains , and is a favourite destination for those seeking a more cultural kind of break. It is among the oldest and most beautiful towns with a rich legacy from its Hellenistic and Roman heyday.

Within Paphos, a 20 minute taxi drive away from the airport and a ten minute walk from the harbour, we own a four star studio apartment. It is set within the established three star Mayfair hotel complex. All of their facilities are at your disposal including the gym, hairdressers and taxi rank.

The apartment itself has been refurbished this year (2006) with brand new bathroom, kitchenette and bedroom furniture. New floor and bathroom tiles have also been fitted. It now has a brand new remote control air conditioning unit by the company Changhong.

The kitchenette has brand new utensils and tableware. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and a two ring electric hob. The bathroom comprises of a bath and overhead shower, wc and sink.

The wardrobe is of ample size for clothes and golf clubs! There are also ample cupboards and drawers for storage. We have a television that receives cable and satellite stations. BBC 1 is included. (So you won't miss Eastenders!)

The apartment has a balcony with a table and two chairs. It looks out over a mature garden and two of the five pools.

The apartment is on the ground floor and easily accessible to the elderly and/or disabled. The rest of the hotel is also accessible; every stairway has a ramp.

Maid service is 5 times a week; towels changed 3 times and linen twice a week.
